Policies -- these are the rules that let the magic happen, unhindered.


Gosh, we don't love rules, but we do love to keep things fair for everyone. A few simple rules help us to be able to offer the amazing prices that we offer for simply the best, high end, most effective procedures available anywhere.


As always, products and services purchased directly from Krave will have no expiration date. You can use your services in a day, a week, a month, a year, or a decade -- as long as you follow the rules.

Services and procedures purchased through a third party such as Groupon have a 1 year expiration date. (We do generally honor even expired purchases.)

 

A 48 hour cancellation policy applies. If you make and keep your appointments, this is something you'll never need to worry about. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, it is considered a broken appointment and a $75 fee will be due. A broken appointment can be rescheduled one time after the fee has been paid. 

 

Late Cancellation or no-show (less than 24 hours notice)

If you break an appointment without calling, cancelling, or rescheduling before the day of the appointment, the procedure may be forfeit and rescheduling may not be permitted as late cancellations are a less than favorable use of resources that raid the cookie jar and raise prices for everyone. Permission to reschedule after a broken appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be on a case by case basis. We generally give a one time courtesy because we know -- mistakes happen. This rule is really in place for the serial late cancel / no-show bandit, but it is necessary, sadly.

A no call / no show broken appointment (less than 24 hours notice) may result in the loss of the procedure. Multiple no call / no show appointments could result in loss of procedure and permanent removal from the Private Sale Emails program. Certainly not the way we hope things will go. 

 

Broken appointments are an expensive waste of resources that raise the cost of procedures for everyone -- which is really not fun. Things happen. People get sick. But we do have staff to pay and work with narrow margins and high demand, so the attendance policy is necessary and enforced.

What about Covid?

Having covid does not change the attendance policy or excuse anyone from the notification requirement.

Refund Policy

Sale prices and pre-paid procedure purchases are nonrefundable, but are fully transferable and exchangeable. 

In order to offer the excellent high end procedures that we do, pricing and policies are streamlined to keep our tight margins profitable or at a minimum, break-even. Streamlined and strict policies protect the business, our employees, and patients, making it possible to continue our mission of making these procedures available with the highest possible clinical outcomes, customized procedure plans, all with sensible pricing.

Model Calls

Every once in a while Krave offers exceptional pricing for the more adventurous amongst us! Purchasing a model call or casting call requires and implies that you give unrevocable rights to Krave to release your before and after photos as they may be used in marketing, teaching, submissions of our work to national and international symposiums and more. Model calls and casting calls are very limited space and often done in conjunction with a vendor that sponsors part of the product, consumables, or advertising costs -- and Krave forwards a portion of the savings on to our existing clients that agree to be models.

 

Is modeling right for you? It is imperative that models are friendly, calm, patient and reliable. Model calls typically include a specific date or time frame for participants to complete the procedure and after pictures by. Failure to do so jeopardizes opportunities to work with our vendors and any opportunity that that or a submission may have provided.

 

Failure to properly attend to the model call responsibilities by such activities as not arriving when scheduled, not following important pre care protocols, or by not abiding by deadlines and requested "done by" dates, may forfeit your space and your procedure, and may prevent you from participating in future model calls.

 

Many model calls can not be "rescheduled" as the date is set around a training class, submission deadlines, or some other fixed date that is often outside our control. Please be courteous and considerate when choosing to be a model by keeping your commitment, following all pre-care and after care protocols in detail, arriving on time, and making time for "after" photos as requested.  

Gift Certificates | Gift Cards

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards can be used towards any procedure or product in office with no black out dates -- they work just like cash, but cannot be traded for cash. They do not expire and can be gifted. 

Existing Credit

Existing credit can be used towards just about everything except our unusually exceptionally priced Goodie Bags, BOGO's, Stock-Up Sales, Model Calls, etc. These deals beat even our flash sale pricing and are delicately planned to at least break-even. It's important to streamline processes while bringing the joy and rejuvenation.

 

Be Kind.

Our staff works diligently and many long hours to take care of our patients. While we strive for excellence, we are often very, very busy -- and aren't always perfect. Our team takes 200-300 calls a day and helps provide service to our 10,000+ amazing clients. Please have compassion, patience and understanding. Jerks will will not be tolerated, obviously. It's pretty simple. Be patient. Be kind. Enjoy the amazing procedures.

 

Krave is a safe space.

You are welcome here regardless of who you love, which bathroom you choose, which pronouns you use, the shade of skin you're wearing, or which (if any) religion you think is cool. Poor behavior of any type is unacceptable -- whether towards our team or our other patients -- and may be grounds for you to be refused care, forfeit your procedure, and / or be expelled permanently. Be respectful. That's all we ask.

We're happy to help. Please contact Cory 720-565-6695, our razzle dazzle patient care coordinator with all the answers. She'll be happy to recommend accommodations and transport close to the office, and will make sure that your in-and-out procedure visit goes off without a hitch. We can often accommodate flight schedules with special appointment times and custom modified treatment plans to maximize a quick visit. Let's see what we can make happen.
