Policies — these are the rules that let the magic happen, unhindered.

 

Gosh, we don’t love rules — but we do love keeping things fair for everyone. A few simple rules help us continue offering the amazing pricing we offer on some of the best, high-end, most effective procedures available anywhere.

 

As always, pre-paid procedure vouchers purchased directly from Krave have no expiration date and are non-refundable, but are fully transferable and exchangeable. You can use your services in a day, a week, a month, a year, or a decade — as long as you follow the rules. This ain't your granny's med spa.

 

Services and procedures purchased through a third party such as Groupon have either a six month or a one-year expiration date (though we do generally honor even expired third party purchases).

 

Private Sale Emails

Private Sale Emails are extraordinary offerings available our existing-clients-only email list. These extraordinary offerings come with our private sale terms — and are part of how we keep pricing sensible while delivering premium outcomes. The only way to make it onto the exclusive email list, is to be an actual existing Krave client. You can't phone it in. We highly discourage private sale members from forwarding our emails to anyone not on the private sale list. Doing so, is grounds for removal. Every competitor in existence has tried at some point to weasel their way onto the list. Some do so over and over, but they don't know what we know, lol. When we say private, we mean private. These deals are for our existing clients ONLY.

If you are an existing client and would like to receive the private emails, please let us know. If you have been on the list and suddenly stopped receiving emails, it's likely a Gmail issue. Gmail loves to block our emails. Please add us as a trusted contact, and voila. You'll start to receive them again.

Pre-Paid Procedure Vouchers

Krave offers exceptional pricing on exceptional procedures through consultations, in-office sales and our exclusive Private Sale Emails, available ONLY to our existing-clients-only email listPurchasing pre-paid procedure vouchers comes with a few rules to keep all the things happening.

 

Procedure vouchers are...

• Non-refundable. All sales are final.

• Fully transferable and exchangeable.

• Do not ever expire, unless explicitly stated in the sale.

 

Procedure vouchers are prepaid for a specific procedure and are redeemable according to the policies in place at the time of redemption.

 

As years pass, technology improves (thank goodness). Devices evolve. Techniques get better. Technologies change. Occasionally, specific technologies become obsolete or are replaced with superior options. While procedure vouchers never expire, the exact device or protocol available at the time of purchase may change. If a specific technology is no longer offered, your voucher will be honored with an appropriate, comparable, or upgraded alternative — as determined by Krave.

 

Refunds are not issued due to changes in technology, device availability, or protocol evolution. This policy exists so you always receive modern, effective care — not outdated treatments just because time passed.

 

 

Cancellation & Attendance Policies

A 48-hour cancellation policy applies for most procedures. If you make and keep your appointments, this is something you’ll never need to worry about.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please always provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, except for Ellacor, Precision RF, Skin Tacking, Subdermal Laser and any other long prep time procedure. These procedures require a full 7 days of minimum pre-care prep time, and therefore require 7 full days’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

 

Late Cancellation or No-Show (24 hours notice or less)

If you break an appointment without calling, cancelling, or rescheduling prior to the day of the appointment, the procedure may be forfeited, and rescheduling may not be permitted. Again, if you make and keep your appointments, this is something you’ll never need to worry about.

 

Late cancellations are a less-than-favorable use of resources — they raid the cookie jar and raise prices for everyone. Permission to reschedule after a broken appointment with 24 hours’ notice or less is handled case by case. We generally offer a one-time courtesy, because mistakes happen. This rule is really in place for the serial late-cancel / no-show bandit — but sadly, it’s necessary.

 

A no-call/no-show appointment may result in forfeiture of the procedure. Multiple no-call/no-show appointments could result not only in loss of the procedure, but also permanent removal from the Private Sale Email program. Certainly not how we hope things go, but some people suck.

 

Broken appointments are expensive. We have staff to pay, narrow margins, and high demand — so attendance policies are necessary and enforced.

 

What about COVID?

Having COVID does not change the attendance policy or excuse anyone from notification requirements.

What about other Emergencies?

Having an emergency does not change the attendance policy or excuse anyone from notification requirements. Emergencies also do not change the refund policy. While we can certainly empathize, we have a business, employees, and patients who have invested in us to look out for. Policies are written with this purpose in mind. With over 15,000 patients, there are daily emergencies. We simply must adhere to the policies that are in place.

 

Refund Policy

Sale pricing, prepaid voucher purchases, pre paid procedures, deposits, invoices, consultation fees and partial payments are non-refundable, but are fully transferable and exchangeable.

 

Streamlined and strict policies protect the business, our employees, and our patients — making it possible to continue our mission of offering top-tier procedures with customized plans, excellent outcomes, and sensible pricing.

Unused portions of packages can generally be applied as credit toward other services or products, assuming there are no late-cancellation violations.

 

Products | Prescription Meds

For non-prescription, non-customized skincare or retail products, we offer refunds or exchanges on unopened, unused items returned within 14 days with a valid receipt.

 

Opened or used products, and all prescription medications and products, are non-refundable due to legal, safety and hygiene requirements.

Treatment Satisfaction

Our goal is to deliver the best possible results. However, individual outcomes vary due to skin type, lifestyle, biology, and adherence to pre-care and aftercare instructions.

 

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with results. If you have concerns, we stand by what we do and encourage a follow-up appointment to discuss. We’re committed to working with you to optimize outcomes when and how appropriate.

Office Locations & Use of Vouchers

We currently have three locations:

• Broomfield (our primary location)

• Cherry Creek (satellite office with limited offerings)

• Loveland/Centerra (satellite office with limited offerings)

 

Satellite offices focus on basic upkeep and select procedures. Advanced regenerative and device-based treatments are primarily performed in Broomfield.

 

Procedure vouchers are not location-specific and may be used at any of our locations that carry the offering being sought. As we grow and change, specific procedure / office offerings, schedules, and locations may change — including expansion, consolidation or closure of offices, devices and procedures. 

 

Restructuring and relocation does not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation of a pre-paid procedure voucher. Vouchers remain valid and redeemable at any Krave location offering the applicable service. All Krave offices are located close to one another, and minor travel adjustments are considered a reasonable part of access to care.

​​Model Calls

From time to time, Krave offers exceptional model-call pricing for individuals who enjoy being part of our creative, educational, and professional process. Purchasing a model call procedure voucher requires and implies that you grant irrevocable rights to use your photographic and video images for purposes including (but not limited to) marketing, education, vendor submissions, training, national/international symposiums, and promotional materials. 

Model calls can be limited and often coordinated in partnership with a vendor who may sponsor product, consumables, or advertising costs. 

 

Is Modeling Right for You?

Because model calls often support professional training, research, and vendor requirements, participants must understand that these appointments differ from standard scheduling.​ Many model calls cannot be rescheduled, or require fluidity in timing, as the date is often set around a training class, training schedules and available trainers, submission deadlines, device or consumable delivery, or some other point outside our control. Please be courteous and considerate when choosing to be a model by keeping your commitment, following all pre-care and after care protocols in detail, arriving on time, and making time for "after" photos as requested.  It is essential that models are:

 

  • Friendly, professional, and reliable

  • Calm and comfortable with waiting periods

  • Highly flexible with appointment lengths, changes to appointment day and times, and day-of changes with little or no notice

  • Able to follow instructions and pre-care / post care precisely

  • Committed to returning for required follow-up and after photos

If you live out of state or your schedule is tight, inflexible, or difficult to adjust, model calls are likely not a great fit for you as model call appointments often run longer than traditional appointments and frequently require schedule adjustments.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Penalties -- Model calls are non-refundable. Model-call availability is often extremely limited and often vendor-dependent. Failure to attend a model call or to appear for follow-up pics can jeopardize Krave’s relationships with vendors, training partners, and professional organizations. Should a model fail to follow required pre-care, post-care, or fail to be available during the model call timing, patient rescheduling is not guaranteed and is offered only when vendor / Krave permits. ​Furthermore, models understand that the pricing offered is conditional upon full cooperation.

Gift Certificates 

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards never expire and work like cash (but can’t be traded for cash). They can be gifted and used toward any in-office procedure or product.

 

Existing Credit

Existing credit can be used towards just about everything except our unusually exceptionally priced Goodie Bags, BOGO's, Stock-Up Sales, Model Calls, etc. These deals beat even our flash sale pricing and are delicately planned to at least break-even. Model calls, BOGOs, stock ups and goodie bags have exceptional pricing and frequently include time sensitive vendor involvement that compensates us to help make the pricing possible. External commitments, timelines, motivation and requirements make the magic happen. It's important to streamline processes while bringing the joy and rejuvenation. 

 

Be Kind.

Our staff works diligently and many long hours to take care of our patients. While we strive for excellence, we are often very, very busy -- and aren't always perfect. Our team takes 200-300 calls a day and helps provide service to our 15,000+ amazing clients. Please have compassion, patience and understanding. Mean will not be tolerated. It's pretty simple. Be kind. Be patient. Enjoy the amazing procedures.

 

Krave is a safe space.

You are welcome here regardless of who you love, which bathroom you choose, which pronouns you use, the shade of skin you're wearing, or which (if any) religion you think is cool. Poor behavior of any type is unacceptable -- whether towards our team or our other patients -- and may be grounds for you to be refused care, forfeit your procedure, and / or be expelled permanently. Be respectful.

She'll be happy to recommend accommodations and transport close to the office, and will make sure that your in-and-out procedure visit goes off without a hitch. We can often accommodate flight schedules with special appointment times and custom modified treatment plans to maximize a quick visit. Let's see what we can make happen.
